About Us

We love meeting new people, hearing their stories, and sharing life together, and we’d be honored to get to know you, too. Whether it’s through music, conversation, or simply spending time together, we believe there’s beauty in connection and purpose in every relationship. Our hope is to encourage others and walk alongside them as we all grow in faith and community. And here is a little bit about us:

Our Story

We’re Mike and Pam Spidle, a husband and wife team with deep roots in Missouri, a passion for people, and a desire to use the talents God has given us to make a positive impact through music, education, and service.

Mike grew up in the Cameron, Missouri area and graduated from Cameron High School before attending the Vocational Technical School in Chillicothe. He worked with MFA, Inc. for 39 years, where he earned numerous awards in sales, service, and training. During that time, he led educational training and informational meetings for farmers and employees throughout Missouri and Kansas. Today, Mike wears many hats, co-managing our livestock products business, running The Wood Shed for graphic design and laser engraving, working part-time with the University of Missouri School of Medicine as a simulation unit driver, and continuing his lifelong passion for songwriting, music, and motivational speaking.

Pam was raised in the Turney area and graduated from Lathrop High School. She went on to earn a B.S. in Education from Evangel College in Springfield, Missouri, followed by a Master’s Degree from Webster University. Pam devoted 30 years to teaching in the Lathrop School District, where she was actively involved in student activities such as spelling bees, reading clubs, and talent shows. She held leadership roles including secretary of the local M.S.T.A. and Career Ladder Committee, as well as serving as Senior MAP (Missouri Assessment Program) Trainer and member of various curriculum committees. In 2002, she retired from teaching and was honored in "Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers."

Our children have followed in creative paths as well. Our daughter, Karissa, is musically gifted and has sung in choirs and performed special music at her church. Our son, Kale, has written several uplifting country songs. His first single, Love at First Sight, was released in May 2002, followed by You Never Cease to Amaze Me, a Christian Country song that quickly climbed to the Power Source Top 20 chart in May 2003.

Our faith is the foundation of our family and our work. We've both been active members in our local church, serving in various roles over the years. Mike has served as a deacon on the church board, and together we’ve led youth groups, sung in the choir, taught Sunday School, and helped with children's programs. We've also had the privilege of speaking at church events, participating in musical programs, and sharing God's love through creative ministry.
